Nick Cooke D. Psy FAFPH is one of the UK’s leading practitioners and trainers of clinical hypnosis, NLP and coaching with over 25 years and many thousands of hours of clinical practice. Nick is the course originator and principal trainer at Central England College in Birmingham www.centralenglandcollege.org, as well as The UK College of Clinical Hypnosis. He has been teaching advanced and specialist courses since 1999 to clinical hypnotherapists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and counsellors. Nick is also director of the Central England College Clinic, a long established complementary health centre where he leads a multi- disciplinary team of practitioners whose modalities include, clinical hypnosis, clinical psychology, psychotherapy and counselling, as well as physical therapies including chiropractic and acupuncture. For four years Nick was supervision director of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), he is also an elected Fellow of The Association of Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP), in recognition of his services to the hypnotherapy profession. He has received a number of awards for his work including three times winner of the APHP international training school of the year award. Lorraine McReight Lorraine Lorraine McReight is the UKCCH trainer for London. She is an award winning hypnotherapist with her own therapy and training centre in SW19.  She is a member of four professional associations, and also registered with the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council).  She recently won the ‘Hypnotherapist of the Year 2013’ and ‘Best Technique’ Award at the Association for Professional Hypnosis & Psychotherapy (APHP). Lorraine is a clinical hypnotherapist, hypnobirthing tutor and NLP practitioner who sees clients from all over SW London at her therapy and training centre in Wimbledon Park. Lorraine helps clients with a wide range of issues, but specialises in anxiety and stress symptoms, weight and eating problems, habit change and confidence issues. Lorraine has  a background in training going back 20 years and had her own training business in the early 90’s. She has experience of working in a variety of learning environments.   including teaching customer service and sales skills to retail staff and trainees working towards their NVQ, (which Lorraine also assessed) as well as personal development and job search training for the long-term unemployed.

In 1995 Lorraine decided to extend her interest in complementary therapies into a new career and on qualifying was approached by Surrey County Council to deliver therapy training within their adult education programme. Lorraine now runs regular CPD (continuous professional training) events at her Hypnotherapy & Natural Health Centre in SW19 as well as working alongside Nick Cooke as a hypnotherapy trainer at Central England College in Birmingham. Since 2014 Lorraine has be delivering Hypnotherapy Practitioner Training from her London training and therapy centre. Lorraine favours an interactive approach, rather than seminar style learning, so her hypnotherapist training will involve lots of practise. Classes are small with a maximum of 10 students per group. Lorraine is committed to helping people to manage stress and continues to work with business people, individually and in groups and regularly gives presentations and training in mindfulness and self-hypnosis.
